Rice cabbage rolls
Rice cabbage rolls
1 cabbage boil for 10 min., then start remove soft leaves one by one. Cut a little off thick leaf surface at the root area so the leaf could bend easily. Cook rice (your choice), add salt and pepper. Fry chopped onions and carrots. Also, mushrooms or your favorite veggies. Mix all ingredients with rice and using table spoon start stuff each cabbage leaf with rice and collecting it very tight in a pot or crock pot. When the pot is filled up, add water not completely covering rolls, 2-3 tbs of tomato sauce and let it start to boil, then put it on a low heat (about 1 hour) till it's completely cooked. Serve it with sour cream. Enjoy your cabbage rolls!
