First cook grass fed organic beef (don't add oil) on medium heat. Add salt and pepper. Meanwhile fry 1 onion and 1 carrot using olive oil adding 2 tbs of organic flour. Then put it on low heat and add 1 cup of organic sour cream, stir and cook till creamy consistency. Cut 2 sweet peppers, 1 big tomato, mushrooms and add to almost ready beef. Also, add onion-carrot mixture and a cup of boiled water. Stir and cover and let it cook 10 more min. on medium heat.
